The IP.BIN file is the info file first sent the Dreamcast when you
boot it up. It is very important and needed for creating self-booting
software.
DCI 1.1 - DCi is a little
util which insert your bootfile
(ip.bin) into Nero Burning Rom or ISO9660 images.
So it boots on your Dreamcast. (rar file)
